CORALS Community Meal Initiative: First Mission Completed

100 Meals Shared. 2 Homes Reached.

At CORALS, we believe that everyone deserves a warm meal and a little kindness.

Just one day after announcing the launch of the CORALS Community Meal Initiative, we were grateful to complete our first Community Meal Mission by sharing 100 freshly prepared meals across two welfare homes in Malaysia.

This month's initiative reached:

📍 Pusat Jagaan Dan Rawatan Orang Tua Al-Ikhlas

While the meals themselves may be simple, the experience reminded us that even a small act of kindness can create meaningful connections. We were warmly welcomed by both homes and deeply touched by the smiles, appreciation, and encouragement we received.

More Than Just A Meal

The CORALS Community Meal Initiative was created with a simple purpose: to share meals, raise awareness, and shine a light on homes and communities that may need support.

While a sponsored meal may only last for a day, we hope the awareness created can go much further.

Many welfare homes, care centres, and community organizations work quietly behind the scenes every day. Through this initiative, we hope to help more people discover these organizations and encourage support in whatever form they are able to give.

A Monthly Community Initiative

The CORALS Community Meal Initiative is intended to be an ongoing monthly effort.

Depending on the size and needs of each organization, we may support one home or several smaller organizations each month, subject to available resources.

Our goal is simple: to continue reaching communities that may benefit from a warm meal, while helping to raise awareness of the important work these organizations do.

Help Us Find The Next Home

Do you know a home, welfare organization, or community that may benefit from a future Community Meal Initiative?

We welcome nominations from the public.

Simply comment on our social media post and share:

• Organization name

• Location

• Who they care for (children, elderly, OKU, single mothers, low-income communities, etc.)

• Contact person (if available)

Every nomination helps raise awareness. Even if an organization is not selected immediately, sharing their story may help others discover and support them.
